The right changes at home can make a huge difference to your safety and independence. We help NDIS participants across the Illawarra and South Coast with modifications from grab rails and handheld showers to ramps and bathroom renovations.
For larger modifications, we arrange licensed builders and look after the process so you don’t have to manage it yourself.

How we support you
- Assessment: an occupational therapist (OT) assesses your home and recommends modifications. If you don’t have an OT yet, we can point you in the right direction.
- Quote: we provide a clear quote based on the OT’s recommendations.
- Approval: where needed, the quote goes to the NDIA or your plan manager for approval.
- Work: we complete the work, or arrange licensed builders for larger jobs, and keep you updated.
- Sign-off: we check the finished work matches the OT’s recommendations.

Do I need an OT assessment?
Most NDIS home modifications need a recommendation from an occupational therapist first. Talk to us or your support coordinator about getting one.
Can you modify a rental property?
Often, yes, with the landlord’s written permission. We can help you with the request.
Are you an occupational therapy (OT) provider?
No. We complete the modifications. An independent OT assesses your needs and recommends what’s required.
