Airport transfers
Door-to-door to and from Sydney Airport, domestic and international. Give us your flight number and we’ll plan your pick-up around it.

Day trips, concerts, sport and social outings for up to 11 passengers in our 12-seat HiAce Commuter.

NDIS participants
Use your NDIS funding
If your NDIS plan includes transport or core supports, you may be able to use it for trips with us. We charge in line with the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and invoice your plan manager, or you if you’re self-managed. As a registered provider we can also support NDIA-managed plans.

Private bookings
No NDIS plan? No problem. Anyone can book our transport for airport transfers, appointments, events or group trips. We’ll quote a clear, fixed price when we confirm your booking.

Transport FAQs
Do I need to be an NDIS participant to book?
No. Our transport is available to anyone. NDIS participants can use their plan funding where it applies, and everyone else can book privately.
Can you take a wheelchair?
Yes. Our Kia Carnival has ramp access and restraints so a wheelchair user can travel seated in their chair. Please tell us about your wheelchair (manual or power) when you book.
How far will you travel?
We’re based in Wollongong and regularly travel across the Illawarra, South Coast and Sydney, including Sydney Airport. For longer trips, just ask.
What if my flight is delayed?
Give us your flight number when you book and we’ll keep an eye on your arrival time.
How much notice do you need?
The more notice the better, especially for airport runs and group trips. For short-notice trips, call us on 0401 665 698 and we’ll do our best.
